A handy set of 2.5 x 8.5 inch glossy, front/back color coded food pyramid cards. Seven cards are secured by a corner grommet, allowing them to fan-out.
Each card provides a simple Challenge message, tips, and healthy choice examples for one of the USDA MyPyramid food groups (and physical activity). A great tool for educators and a smart give away for families.
